SFCare Learning Series

SFCare Learning Series™ is a one day training curriculum utilizing the SF7 Toolkit and knowledge of our local healthcare system. While the SF7 Toolkit is available via e-learning, this day will provide the opportunity to review geriatric syndromes in a group setting that allows for interaction, sharing and networking with colleagues from across the region.

The SF7 Toolkit is a Senior Friendly Care™ resource that supports clinical best practices for healthcare providers across the sectors of care and includes self-management tools for older adults and their caregivers.SF7 focuses on seven clinical areas that support resilience, independence, and quality of life.
