Connecting the Threads: Understanding the Older Adult's Life as a Quilt

Dr. Geoff Daniel, Consulting Geriatric Psychiatrist with the North Simcoe Muskoka Specialized Geriatric Services Mental Health Team, will discuss how the use of meaningful questions and understanding of life experiences can assist in current treatment and intervention planning. He will also discuss how hearing the older adults life story can offer insight into the individual patches that create the quilt, the patchwork that is the person.
